Many people think they can’t afford an attorney. And in many different situations in which you might need an attorney, that might be the case. Depending on the attorney and the type of case it is, a large amount of money might need to be paid to the attorney in order to have the attorney take on the case. This is called a retainer.
However, when it comes to our law firm and personal injury cases, we can work on a contingency basis. When we work on a contingency basis, we will represent you and help you without you having to pay us anything up front. We get paid through the settlement that we are able to get for you.
This allows us to help a lot of people who otherwise wouldn’t be able to get an attorney to help them because they might not be willing to spend a lot of money up front to retain an attorney.
